How to navigate the dashboard: clients, menu, and quick actions
Everything you see in the dashboard (subscribers, tags, segments, campaigns, automations, analytics, settings) is scoped to the client chosen in the header selector. Switching the client changes the data shown across every page, without navigating anywhere else.
The menu sections
- Subscribers: the client's contact list, import and manual entry
- Tags: manual organization of your subscribers
- Segments: saved rules that recalculate automatically
- Campaigns: the history of sent campaigns
- Drafts: campaigns waiting for review or sending
- Automations: the scheduled newsletter and automated flows
- Forms: hosted signup forms to embed on your site
- Analytics: email performance by day and by client
- Settings: client profile, sender, AI content, branding, notifications
If you manage several clients
The admin account can add new clients from the Clients page and switch between them using the header selector. Each client has its own subscriber list, campaigns, automations, and settings, kept fully separate from the other clients.
If a page shows No client selected, pick a client from the header selector first: the Subscribers, Campaigns, Automations, and Analytics pages need an active client.
