How to create a campaign draft and send it
The Drafts page for the selected client shows campaigns waiting for review, along with a form for creating a new draft manually.
Where drafts come from
- Generated automatically by the AI, based on the client's scheduled newsletter pipeline
- Created manually from the form on the Drafts page
Reviewing a draft
Each draft appears as a card showing the campaign name, the subject, a preview of the content, and how many hours it has been waiting for review. The Review button opens the draft for editing before you send it.
A draft marked Delayed has been waiting too long without being reviewed. Check it first, especially if it belongs to a recurring scheduled newsletter.
Sent campaigns
Once sent, the campaign moves to the client's Campaigns list, where it stays visible alongside the full history of previous campaigns.
