The block editor and AI content assistant
When you review a draft, the content is edited in blocks: text, images, buttons, and separators. The preview shows the email exactly as it will arrive in the inbox, using the brand colors configured for that client rather than the generic ClevMail palette.
The AI assistant
In Settings, on the Content & AI tab, you set Content Language (the language the AI writes content in), Website URL (used for CTA links), and AI Instructions, a free-form text describing the brand tone you want. Preferred Content Style shapes the overall style of the generated text.
These instructions apply across all automations and newsletters the AI generates for that client, not just a single draft.
The signature
An Email Signature set in Settings, on the Branding tab, is added automatically at the end of every email composed after that point.
Changing the signature affects only emails composed afterward. Emails that have already been sent are not changed retroactively.

- How to create a campaign draft and send it
Drafts appear automatically when the AI generates a newsletter, or manually from the Drafts page. A Delayed badge warns you when a draft has been waiting for review too long.
