Plans, usage limits, and user access
Plan and billing period
A client's usage card shows the current plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and the range of the active billing period.
Monthly limits
- Subscribers: how many new subscribers were added in the current month, against the plan limit
- Emails This Month: how many emails were sent in the current month, against the plan limit
The progress bar turns yellow at about 80% of the limit and red when the limit is reached. At 100%, the card explicitly recommends a plan upgrade.
Agency notifications
In Settings, the Agency Settings tab, the Notifications section: Job Failure Alerts (an alert when a background job fails), Pending Draft Alerts (an alert when a draft has been waiting for more than 24 hours), and Weekly Summary Email (a weekly summary of activity on the platform).
Users and access
In the same tab, the Users & access section gives you a dedicated place to invite new members to the agency, manage admin roles, and control each user's access to individual clients.
