Client settings: profile, sender, and branding

4 min read

The Settings page has two main tabs: Client Settings, which covers everything tied to the selected client, and Agency Settings, which covers agency-level notifications and access.

Client profile

The client name, industry (Niche), and area or location. The subscriber count and the client creation date are shown for reference only and cannot be edited.

Email Sending

  • Sender Name: the name shown in the recipient's inbox
  • Sender Email: the address your emails are sent from
  • Reply-To Email: where replies land, if this differs from the sending address
  • Physical Address: the physical address in the footer, for CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Privacy Policy URL: the link to your privacy policy in the footer

Content & AI

Content Language (eight languages available), Website URL, AI Instructions, and Preferred Content Style. These settings guide the tone and language of the AI-generated content in drafts and automations.

Branding

  • Logo: PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP, up to 500KB. Without a logo, a monogram with the client's initials is used.
  • Accent Color and Header Background: the colors used in emails
  • Default Email Design: the default template for the client's emails
  • Social Links: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X
  • Email Signature: text added automatically at the end of every composed email

If you switch tabs while the current section has unsaved changes, an explicit confirmation appears before you lose them.

  • Plans, usage limits, and user access

Each client has a plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) with monthly limits on subscribers and emails. The progress bar turns yellow at 80% of the limit and red once the limit is reached.
