How to read the 30-day trends
Below the trend charts, the per-client detail table lists, for each client, the number of emails sent, the open rate and the click rate over the last 30 days. Clicking a row takes you to that client's page.
On a self-service account, this section exists, but shows a single row: yours. You have no other clients to compare against, so the table just shows your own numbers again, in a different shape. It becomes useful only if you ever manage more than one account from the same login.
When there is no data
The message No emails in the last 30 days appears when that client has not sent anything recently, either because the scheduled newsletter is turned off or because there are no active automations or campaigns.
What to do about a poor result
- Check the list: old tags or segments, subscribers inactive for a long time
- Check the draft content: subject, length, relevance of the offer
- Check the send time: weekend versus weekday, especially if Skip weekend is turned off
For agency accounts
On an account with several clients, the Performance by client section actually compares: one row per client, with sent, open rate and click rate over the last 30 days. Clicking a row or a bar in the chart takes you straight to that client's page, useful for quickly seeing which account needs attention.
