How to read the 30-day trends and compare client performance
3 min read
Below the trend charts, the per-client detail table lists, for each client, the number of emails sent, the open rate and the click rate over the last 30 days. Clicking a row takes you to that client's page.
When there is no data
The message No emails in the last 30 days appears when that client has not sent anything recently, either because the scheduled newsletter is turned off or because there are no active automations or campaigns.
What to do about a poor result
- Check the list: old tags or segments, subscribers inactive for a long time
- Check the draft content: subject, length, relevance of the offer
- Check the send time: weekend versus weekday, especially if Skip weekend is turned off

An open rate above 30% and a click rate above 5% count as good; complaints above 0.1% risk a penalty from Gmail or Yahoo.
