The key metrics on the Analytics page
4 min read
The Analytics page shows the email performance of the selected client, with six main metrics at the top.
- Emails sent: how many emails went out this month, failed ones excluded
- Open rate: the percentage of emails opened; considered good from 30% up
- Click rate: the percentage of recipients who clicked a link; considered good from 5% up
- Bounces: emails that did not reach the recipient, usually a nonexistent address or a full inbox
- Complaints: recipients who hit Report as Spam; above 0.1% you risk a penalty from Gmail or Yahoo
- Unsubscribes: subscribers who used the unsubscribe link in the email
You can filter by source
The toggle in the page header switches between All emails and Newsletters only, if you want to separate the performance of the recurring newsletter from the rest of your emails (automations, one-off campaigns).
Charts
Below the metrics you get a 30-day trend chart (sent, opened, clicks per day) and a per-client comparison chart, useful mainly from the All clients view. Clicking a bar in the comparison takes you straight to that client's page.

The per-client detail table shows the open rate and click rate side by side, so you can quickly see which campaign or which client needs attention.
