Why is the number sent lower than the preview

At send time three groups are removed automatically, on top of what your target says: anyone in the middle of an automation, anyone who came in transactionally without newsletter consent, and anyone who already received this campaign in an earlier attempt. The difference shows in the report and is normal.

I ticked several tags and more people received it than I expected

Tags work on OR. Anyone with at least one of the ticked tags gets the email, so every extra tag widens the group. For a real intersection or an exclusion you need a saved segment.

Why can I not rename a campaign

A scheduled campaign can no longer be renamed from the app. The name is set when you create the draft and stays. The subject, on the other hand, can be changed any time before sending.

Where is a campaign created

From the Drafturi page, not from Campanii. The Campanii page is the history of what has already gone out.

My reports show zero opens

First check whether tracking is on, meaning whether you added the CNAME record when connecting your domain. A report on zero looks the same whether the list is dead or the instrument is off. The dedicated article tells you how to tell them apart.

I added the domain records and verification does not pass

The most common cause: you did not add all of them. The screen shows only the first two records by default, the rest appear behind the button that shows them all. The second most common: pressing verify too early, before the internet has picked the records up.

Why can I not change the sender address

The address comes from the connected domain, it is not typed in. On top of that, only the account owner can change it: a user with editing rights sees the field but cannot modify it.

The segment templates do not return the right people

Templates based on the subscription date do not work after an import, because the whole list has the same date, the day of the import. On an imported list, target by tags or by behaviour.

Do I lose the assistant's work if I leave the page

Yes. While it works, stay on the page, and save the draft explicitly at the end. Its work does not continue in the background and does not save itself.

How many assistant runs do I get per month

It depends on the plan: 2 on Free, 20 on Starter, 50 on Growth, 120 on Pro. They reset monthly, and every retry consumes another one.
