I cannot see my opens and clicks
The report shows zero opens and zero clicks, even though the campaign arrived. Before concluding the list is dead, check whether the instrument is measuring.
Zero does not always mean nobody opened it
It happened on a real account: 606 emails delivered, zero opens, zero clicks, four days running. The list was alive. The record that does the measuring was missing from the domain.
A report on zero looks exactly the same in both situations, and the app does not tell you which one is yours. The difference shows in the shape of the zero.
How to tell them apart
- Absolute zero, on every campaign, from the start: tracking is almost certainly off. Even a genuinely dead list produces a few accidental opens
- Numbers declining over time: a list going tired. That is a different conversation, solved with content and list cleaning
- Normal opens and zero clicks: usually the email has no clear reason to click, rather than tracking being off
What to do in the first case
Tracking is switched on through a CNAME record, added at your hosting provider along with the other domain records. It is named links followed by your sending subdomain.
Open Setări client, the domain card, and look for that record among the ones the app gave you. Do not forget the button that shows all records: only the first two are visible by default.
If your domain was connected before the end of August 2026, the record may be missing entirely, because it was not required then. Reconnecting the domain then gives you the full list, that record included.
What fixes nothing
Resending the same campaign does not recover lost data. Opens that were never measured cannot be reconstructed afterwards. From the day the record goes in, the numbers start flowing, and the campaigns before it stay on zero forever.
